Ámbar Grill

A multi-location chain across two countries that buys over WhatsApp and sees nothing from headquarters: not what sells, not what each kitchen is missing, not who it buys from.

Ámbar Grill is a fictional company. Sign in with any email and password; nothing you do is saved.

What it does

Supplier directory

One purchasing directory, with every rate change timestamped.

Inventory

Stock is computed (in minus out) and flags anything below its minimum.

Sales by location

Each week against the last; Mexico and Orlando apart, each in its own currency, never added together.

Sales forecast

What to expect, with a likely range and the four quality metrics explained in plain words.

Kitchen assistant

Answers questions about standards and recipes, citing the kitchen manual.

How it was built

The forecast uses no data-science libraries: it is a hand-written regression, with its statistical tests verified against scipy. Every dependency not installed is attack surface that does not exist.

  • All four demos are a single application (Next.js and Python on Vercel) that switches brand by subdomain.
  • The AI is recorded, so trying it costs nothing: with your data, it answers with a real model over your own documents.
  • Nothing about whoever tries it is stored: the session and changes live only in their tab and vanish when it closes. Only an anonymous count that someone visited is kept.
  • All data is fictional and the business rules are covered by automated tests.
